• Determined product strategy and direction. Wrote specifications, design documents, user manuals and marketing copy. Managed budgets of tens of thousands of dollars for each software release.
• Managed a Shanghai-based team of seven developers and QA staff.
• Travelled to customer sites to see different production processes, and gain pointers on how to make Designer as efficient as possible.
• Conceived and implemented the prototype Roxio CinemaNow 2.0 User Experience, for the CES 2010 Tradeshow.

Managed a team of seven developers (based in California and Shanghai) and provided product roadmaps, sales support, customer support, product specifications and technical writing.
• Primary author "Advanced Interactivity for HD DVD" and "Advanced Interactivity for Blu-ray Disc" for Sonic's High Definition Authoring Alliance (HDAA).
• Reviewer "Blu-ray Disc Demystified", "Programming HD DVD and Blu-ray Disc (The HD Cookbook)" and "High-Definition DVD Handbook".
• Developed tools and interactive content for HD DVD and Blu-ray Discs.
• Active participant at DVD Forum and Blu-ray Disc Association.
• Developed numerous conceptual and prototype technology demos for CES and NAB tradeshows, illustrating how HD DVD and BD titles would work.

• Managed the department’s technical evaluation of several Learning Management Systems being considered for University-wide adoption.
